W ramach relaksu długo-weekendowego zasiadłam do maszyny... z żółciutką, miłą w dotyku dzianinką wiskozową. Wykroiłam ją na podstawie wykroju z Burdy 2013/03 nr 128. Zupełnie nie zrozumiałam opisu dotyczącego odszycia tylu. Próbowałam go symulować, ale nic mi z tego nie wyszło.
W końcu sięgnęłam po książkę Pani Craword-Amaden i prace posunęły się do przodu. Opóźnienia nastąpiły przy obszywaniu pach flatlokiem, 3 razy prułam szew bo nie wychodził prostopadle do krawędzi. Bardzo przydały się rady z bloga
LolaJoo o podklejeniu taśmą zapasu szwu. Szycie flatlokiem po takim zabiegu to czysta przyjemność :-).

Just to relax during the long May weekend I chose to spend time with my Brother and make a quick blouse. I took out some yellow soft jersey with the addition of viscose.
I cut pattern no 128 out of it according to the pattern from Burda 2013 from March. I didn't understand what the translator had tried to tell about finishing of the back necklines. I tried to apply the instruction and make it by basting. But I didn't manage to figure it out.
Eventually I turned to Mrs Crawford-Amaden's book and finished it according to her instruction.The work started to progress. There were some setbacks again when I wanted to finish the arm holes. I had to unstitch the hem of the armhole three times, because the stitch wasn't parallel to the folding edge. I found very useful some tips from the blog of
LolaJoo about sticking the hem by double-sided-glue-tape (I don't know how you call it). After such preparation serging this hem was sheer pleasure..
